This agreement for Letter Décor Signature Collection (LDSC) is made by and between the client (you) and Letter Décor Signature Collection (LDSC), 1. Services: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement Letter Décor Signature Collection (LDSC) agrees to provide individualized paintings to the above named client. Each LDSC painting is made to order. LDSC cannot and does not guarantee that the painting will be an exact replication of any previous original works of art created by LDSC. 2. Payment and Terms: Client will pay to LDSC the total amount for the above stated painting. The cost covers the artist’s labor and materials. Payment is to be made by either cash, money order, debit or credit card. All sales are final. There will be no refunds. 3. Timeline: LDSC agrees to have the artwork completed in as timely a manner as possible. Because each piece of art is an original work, client agrees to allow a reasonable amount of time for completion based upon the complexity of the artwork requested. 4. Client Consent: Client understands that LDSC does not and cannot guarantee any particular result. While the artist shall use her best professional efforts to achieve the desired result, she can make no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied as to the client’s desired result. 5. Photography and publicity release: Client agrees to allow LDSC to photograph the painting after the work is completed and to use all such photographs for reference and marketing purposes. This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
